During your gum graft, Dr. Rudy Aldaragi will apply grafting tissue to specific areas of your gums that need additional tissue. This involves taking graft tissue from a tissue bank or different areas of your mouth, such as the roof or surrounding gums. Once a piece of tissue has been gathered, our dentist will attach it to the place where your gums have receded. Do not worry, a local anesthesia will be offered to help you avoid feeling any pain.
